Phil’s practice includes representation of clients in all phases of commercial and residential real estate: sales, acquisitions, construction, development, lending and leasing, including advice on issues related to title, financing, zoning and environmental laws and regulations.
His recent projects include zoning variances, special permits and site plan review approval for sites in Woburn, Reading, Webster, Hudson, and Westwood, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire.
